Easy The Orangetail Blue Damselfish is easy to care for. This fish can already be happy in a nano aquarium of as small as 100 liter. Keep your salinity within 1.022-1.027 (at 25°C) and temperature between 23-28°C. The Orangetail Blue Damselfish likes to eat artemia, cyclops, daphnia, flakes, krill and mysis.

No corals for the Orangetail Blue Damselfish. Your carefully maintained corals should be safe with this fish in your tank, because it is considered reefsafe.

We consider the Orangetail Blue Damselfish to be a semi-aggressive fish. Be careful when introducing it to your less (or more) aggressive fish. It is, however, not a fish that will be the terror of your tank.
