taenianotus triacanthus
Moderate This fish is considered a moderately difficult one. Read well into how to care for this fish and which tank mates it needs, so you can take good care of it. This fish can already be happy in a nano aquarium of as small as 100 liter. Keep your salinity within 1.022-1.027 (at 25°C) and temperature between 23-28°C. The Leaf Scorpionfish likes to eat krill, shrimp, small fish and smelts.
This fish is reefsafe with caution. There is a risk involved in introducing it to your corals. Read about the experiences of other hobbyists and make up your own mind about taking that risk. Don't say we didn't warn you!
We consider the Leaf Scorpionfish to be a semi-aggressive fish. Be careful when introducing it to your less (or more) aggressive fish. It is, however, not a fish that will be the terror of your tank.
